"Highly recommend! I recently sold my car and purchased a new one and Amy helped walk me through everything. She told me exactly when to cancel my old policy and got the new one in place, with proof of insurance sent over immediately. She also got me an excellent rate. I had shopped around for quotes on my new car and and this was the best deal by far. "State Farm has been the standard for insurance in my family for many years. Pam Franz’ office and David Booth specifically have provided beyond outstanding care. I have unfortunately had to file two separate types of claims within two weeks, and their staff have helped the entire process be more than smooth. Additionally, the claims handler, Ms. Jackson, is an absolute asset to this company. She was thorough, competent, and answered every question I have had. When you experience an emergency, the last thing you want to do is worry about insurance issues. State Farm has been there for me on every occasion. I think other agencies could learn from them on customer service and pride in their work."

"After all, was said and done I was very impressed with State Farm. and how they treat their customers, clients, and third parties affiliates. I will have to admit, I was a little skeptical about Insurance Companies similar to how most of us are reluctant to trust politicians. But surprisingly State Farm made the process very simple and did stand up or step up to their promises. Well in repairing my car they did exceptionally well. I am not sure if I am just lucky to have gotten an outstanding representative, Mr David how he and his staff are always been there by answering all my questions, providing solutions, professionalism, and have gone above and beyond he 'call of duty in helping me.
