"I have been with Pam for many years. She and her staffs Lori, Amy, and David are the most courteous, professional, respectful, down to Earth, easy-going with a great sense of humor. They are all equipped with a huge amount of knowledge and understanding of State Farm policies which in turn were able to help me navigate through the complexity of the policies. Pam is very lucky to have these three on her side I would not hesitate to give them a 10 star review, but I would have to settle with the maximum of five stars."

"I have been a long time Pam-Franz State Farm client and the entire staff have always been very on top of things and making sure I have been aware of any changes, they also explain things in a way that has always left me more informed of my decisions. Although I primarily communicate with David, both Amy and Laurie have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Insurance is one of those things that you have to have but hope you never have to use, but know when it comes time to use it, this office has your back 100 percent of the time. During the government shutdown (no politics) they were more than understanding and worked with me to ensure I could maintain my plan while pay got figured out. If you're looking for a new insurance agent or insurance agent in general give these folks a call and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. To add to this, I recently just started a new motorcycle policy with this office and Amy, and Laurie were extremely helpful with starting that policy at a price that doesn't break the bank."

"My husband and I work with Lori, an agent at Pam‘s office. She is awesome to work with, very enthusiastic, knows all there is to know about car insurance and homeowners insurance. We have bundled all vehicles and the homeowners insurance of our new house that we just purchased and the cost is amazing with The added discount of bundling. My Husband used another car insurance company and paid over $218 and went down to $83 a month with State Farm! He could not believe the savings! We will use State Farm, Lori, for all of our insurance needs in the future!"

"While everyone in this office is wonderful and helpful, AMY IS WHERE IT IS!!! She spent so much time helping find ways to make a 16 year old boy driver affordable. Then more recently, we had a kitchen loss and hit a bump with claims, which has NOTHING to do with this office. I didn’t know what to do, so I called. Amy took a few notes, listened patiently and said “I’ll call you back”. Within an hour she called back with an update and with 24 hours she had made calls and completely got my claim moving in the right direction. This would have never happened without her going above and beyond for us. If you are looking for an agent that will help you, listen patiently, and go to bat for you! Give them and call and ask for AMY!"

"I worked with David to purchase supplemental insurance for my life insurance policy and honestly this was the easiest purchasing insurance has ever been. David was consistently reaching out with updates and any required document signatures. "Pam Franz Agency is top notch. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. "The folks that work at this office are great!
David is who I've worked with most for everything I've needed over the years. He always seems happy to help, he's professional and laid back, and always helps me understand policies (life insurance, auto etc) and how to get the most from them, like discounts.
Lori is also fantastic! She stayed late to help me when I was buying a car out of town and kept a close eye on things to make sure all the changes went smoothly and without surprises. An absolute pleasure to work with her.
No one likes calling their insurance company and asking questions, but my relationship with this office makes it easy to do just that. It's the biggest reason I've stayed with state farm for over 20 years. Thank you for all you do! Stay awesome y'all!"
