"Update: My daughter purchased her first new vehicle. I needed help with all things related to that and Amy gave me outstanding service to make sure everything for the auto policy was in order.

I have been a State Farm customer for over 25 years. They have always provided me with excellent rates and outstanding service.

I purchased a personal watercraft a week and a half ago but had to wait on the delivery - parts were still inbound from the factory. The salesman just called me to tell me I can pick it up in the morning (it is Friday, after hours for SF) so I called State Farm and left a message for my agent, assuming that they would call me on Monday to get my insurance for that done. To my surprise, David called me right back and got all of the extra coverage I needed for my new toy! I feel like they treat me like they would their own family. They have a customer for life."

"I have been a long time Pam-Franz State Farm client and the entire staff have always been very on top of things and making sure I have been aware of any changes, they also explain things in a way that has always left me more informed of my decisions. Although I primarily communicate with David, both Amy and Laurie have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Insurance is one of those things that you have to have but hope you never have to use, but know when it comes time to use it, this office has your back 100 percent of the time. During the government shutdown (no politics) they were more than understanding and worked with me to ensure I could maintain my plan while pay got figured out. If you're looking for a new insurance agent or insurance agent in general give these folks a call and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
